Within a group of five agencies specializing in high‑end real estate, you develop the commercial activity in the Les 2 Alpes resort and ensure a premium client experience.

Main Responsibilities
Analyze the local market and identify development opportunities.
Source properties and land, assess real estate assets, and organize viewings.
Support clients (buyers, investors) throughout the entire purchasing process: advisory, negotiation, coordination with notaries and partners.
Manage all administrative and legal aspects related to transactions.
Build and maintain a strong local network and ensure rigorous client follow‑up, including after the sale.

Skills & Profile

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Rental Department Manager to join our Alpe d’Huez agency.

Your Mission  
Develop the high‑end seasonal rental activity in Alpe d’Huez. Optimize accommodation occupancy rates while delivering a seamless, premium experience to guests. Ensure rigorous property management for both travelers and owners.

Your Responsibilities
• Manage and develop a portfolio of exceptional properties
• Carry out rental valuations and optimize the value of the properties
• Handle administrative and contractual follow‑up (mandates, deposits)
• Manage the rental schedule and analyze client requests
• Oversee payments and legal obligations (TRACFIN compliance)
• Organize check‑in/check‑out inspections and inventories
• Coordinate external service providers when needed

Profile Required

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to strengthen our teams and ensure the visibility of our five agencies in the Alps.

Your Mission
Lead the global marketing strategy to reinforce the premium positioning of the agencies, increase their visibility, and optimize the effectiveness of digital actions and acquisition channels, in coordination with Management and the Communication Manager.

Your Responsibilities
• Define the annual marketing strategy and action plans for each agency.
• Ensure premium brand positioning and consistency across all communication channels.
• Identify growth opportunities: new markets, client segments, luxury/real estate trends.
• Oversee the digital strategy (website, SEO, GEO, SEA) and optimize the online customer journey.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to guide decisions and improve performance.
• Develop partnerships, manage press relations, and organize high-end events.
• Manage the marketing budget, coordinate external providers, and deliver regular reporting to Management.

Profile Sought
• Knowledge of the Alpine region is required
• 3 to 6 years of experience in marketing, ideally in luxury, real estate, or premium tourism.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, including acquisition strategies and performance management.
• Strategic mindset and strong sense of brand positioning, with a deep understanding of luxury codes and premium environments.
• Advanced analytical skills: KPI tracking, ROI analysis, dashboard creation, and continuous optimization.
• Excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft premium messages and structure impactful content.
• Organized and autonomous, experienced in managing multi-site projects and collaborating effectively with creative profiles.

Sotheby’s International Realty is seeking a Head of Communication to elevate the brand’s image and showcase exceptional properties in the heart of the French Alps.

Your Mission
Develop and implement a premium content strategy (photo, video, editorial) that embodies the world of luxury and the Alpine art of living.
Works closely with management and the marketing team.

Your Responsibilities
• Produce high-end photo and video content: property tours, lifestyle shoots, interviews.
• Write editorial content (articles, newsletters, scripts).
• Design graphic materials (presentations, visuals, sales brochures).
• Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Build and oversee an editorial calendar and analyze performance metrics.
• Collaborate with agents to highlight each property and coordinate external providers when needed.
• Conduct ongoing monitoring of luxury trends and industry insights.

Profile Sought
• Knowledge of the Alpine region is required
• 2 to 5 years of experience in brand content, ideally in luxury, premium real estate, hospitality, or fashion.
• Strong skills in photography/videography, editing, and Adobe Suite.
• Excellent writing skills in French and good command of English.
• Strong aesthetic sense, creativity, and autonomy.
